Biography
Dr. Prabath J. Binduhewa received B.Sc. Eng. specialised in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 2005. He earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy from University of Manchester, UK in June 2010. Thesis title of his research is ‘Microsource Interface for a MicroGrid’.He is currently attached to the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya as a senior lecturer. He was working on MicroGrids and HVDC systemswith the Power Conversion Group of the University of Manchester from October 2013 to December 2013..
