The Department is inviting applications for the first intake of 2025. The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2025. 

DEEE offers a Postgraduate Program that allows students to pursue advanced studies and research in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The program includes two options: the Regular MSc and the Double Degree Master program in Wireless Communications Engineering. The Regular MSc program offers three specializations in Engineering: Electrical Power Applications, Communication and Information Engineering, and Control and instrumentation. Candidates can choose between a taught course option or a research option to advance their career in industrial and research environments.

In the Double Degree program, offered by the University of Peradeniya and the University of Oulu, Finland, candidates can obtain two degrees from both Universities.
