September 2022 edition of the top 100,000 scientists by c-score or a percentile rank of 2% or above in the sub-field published by Stanford University and Elsevier BV is out now. It can be downloaded from Elsevier BV. According to the new data base more academics from the University of Peradeniya is captured under the criteria the top 100,000 scientists by c-score (with and without self-citations) or a percentile rank of 2% or above in the sub-field. 

Prof. J.B. Ekanayake has been ranked 74,816 in category 1 and 86,550 in category 2.

Dr. H.A.S.A. Suraweera has been ranked 202,402 in category 1 and 275,589 in category 2.
